Volunteer Position
The DAN Exposition Project, beginning as the DAN Exposition Series, is a dynamic, year-long DAN Department Student Council(DAN DSC)-run initiative dedicated to fostering collaborative Staged Music, Music, Theatre, Dance, and Multi-Media projects.
We are currently seeking passionate and committed individuals to fill the positions of Artistic Producer and Project Manager for the 2024-2025 year.
These newly adapted roles offer a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of artistic innovation and collaboration in The DAN School.
No specific experience is required to apply; just your enthusiasm for workshopping Music and Theatre! Any undergraduate student who considers themselves part of the DAN School is welcome to apply.

Time Commitment
8 month term from September 1st, 2024 to April 30th, 2025. If this position is subject to an honorarium, payouts will be in accordance with the Human Resources Honoraria Policy Grid 9.

Position(s) Available
DAN Exposition Project Artistic Producer ( 1 ) -In this position, you will lead the DAN Exposition Project, overseeing creative project selection, supporting development at exposition events, leading weekly creative development meetings, and managing audition
processes. Additionally, you will coordinate with various team members in developing the final March Showcase (which will look different this year), oversee marketing and outreach, and attend bi-weekly DAN DSC council meetings to align the project with student goals.
Expected to work approximately 10-15 hrs / week.
DAN Exposition Project Project Manager ( 1 ) - As Project Manager for the DAN Exposition Project 2024-2025, you will oversee logistics for the Fall Exposition Nights and final Winter Showcase, budget allocation, fundraising, and collaborate closely with the Artistic and Associate Producers, as well as the DAN Department Student Council Co-Presidents.
You will ensure smooth operations, maintain organized records, and attend bi-weekly DAN DSC council meetings to align the project with the goals of DAN School students.
Expected to work approximately 5-8 hrs / week.
