We are a family of 4. The preschooler boy we need care for has a 9 year-old sister who may or may not be home when the sitter is with us.
We mostly need care for the baby boy, who's turning 3 very soon. We need occasional babysitting for the weekends. The hours may run long, 4-7 hours, depending on the circumstances.
I, the mother, will be in the office and sometimes the father might be in the office also. We would ask the babysitter to play with our son in a positive and loving manner.
Light chores, such as doing the dishes while the child is napping, might be required.
