Job Summary

Abris Construction is currently seeking a Carpenter to join our growing construction team, specializing in condominium repair and remediation projects. This role is critical in restoring building exteriors to high standards of safety, quality, and appearance.

The hourly rate will depend on experience and educational level, ranging from $33 to $40 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, and replacement of exterior cladding systems, insulation, membranes, flashings, and related building envelope components.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite while completing required safety, QA / QC, and project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and site contacts; work flexible hours across multiple condo sites (valid driver's license required).
