Quality Engineer

Job description :

Qualifications : Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Diploma and equivalent work experience

Responsibilities :

Report to QA Manager and liaise with all departments, vendors and customers

Review, revise and release control plans and PFMEA documentation

Very involved with new product launch and PPAP activities

Part of the internal audit team

Provide some assistance to QC department during response to quality issues

Part of continuous improvement team

Possible travel for supplier development / monitoring

Proficient with Office software

Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following : Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the Employee Handbook

Multiple demands in a challenging and fast paced- team orientated environment

Overtime as required.
