Technology Lead

Infosys is seeking an experienced Technology Lead - SharePoint M / Powerplatform developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Design, Development, Validation and Support activities for Microsoft RPA Solution (Power Automate Desktop),Design, Development, Validation and Support activities for Microsoft RPA Solution (Power Automate Desktop). This role involves leading a team, ensuring seamless development and support of Power automate solutions. Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Platform development
• Candidate will also be developing and supporting the Power Platform cloud solutions i.e. Power App, Power Automate etc.
• Candidate will gather the requirements and specifications to understand the client requirements in a detailed manner and translate the same into system requirements.
• Candidate will play a key role in the overall estimation of work requirements to provide the right information on project estimations to Technology Architect and Project Managers.
• Candidate will play a key in leading the team and guide them through successful quality delivery.
• Candidate will work in agile way and would be translating the solution requirements in user stories and tasks and would be planning with project team for execution.
• Candidate would be a key contributor to building efficient programsThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
