Operations & Service Coordinator (Aerospace)

Description :

• These individuals are assisting with the logistics of rental aircraft engines and the fleet in circulation.
• Their key task is to ensure communication is harmonized between the customer service coordinator and other stakeholders.
• The Customer Service Coordinator is ensuring the maintenance strategy is being followed. They are the eyes and the ears for the client.
• The CSC will be organizing daily meetings with Customer Manager to give updates on the shop floor from a planning perspective.

They are giving constant updates on the maintenance progression. They are orchestrating all the timelines of the maintenance plan.

They have internal tools to help them understand the key milestones that need to be met to have a successful event.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

Must haves

1. Bilingual (Can have stronger level of English but needs intermediate French).

2. 2-5 years of experience in a Customer / Relationship management experience (Fast-paced environment)

Experience in Logistics is a strong asset

3. DEC (With 5 years of relevant experience) or Bachelors (with 2 years of relevant experience)

Assets

1. Experience in Aerospace

2. Planning or project management

3. Technical experience with Aircraft engines

4. Experience with CRM / SAP
