Location: Crofton Manor, Vancouver BC
Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off
Shift Details:
• Fridays & Saturdays: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Sundays & Mondays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Our team:

Consists of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who deliver compassionate and empathetic care, fostering trusted relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. We prioritize a holistic, resident-centered approach, providing personalized, high-quality services.

How you make a difference:

As an LPN, you will provide planned, patient-oriented nursing care according to provincial standards. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, building trust and communicating effectively. You will implement and evaluate care plans, ensure accurate documentation, and mentor unregulated care providers.

What you bring:

• Current registration as an LPN in the applicable province
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience with seniors preferred
• Education/experience in gerontology, rehabilitation, or long-term care is an asset
• Respect, empathy, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certifications
• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check if required
