Our unique and influential client is looking to bring on a Member Experience Advisor to help build a new department that will thoughtfully initiate and foster engagement with business leaders nation wide.
This person will be a natural at building relationships, reading between the lines, asking the right questions and thinking on their feet in an authentic manner.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, and adaptable with a passion for service excellence, being a troubleshooter by nature.

Duties and Responsibilities :
The key job functions are :
- Build and maintain member and partner relationships and expectations through outstanding customer service and open communication
- Manage and schedule calls and virtual meetings
- Maintain all member information, files and communication in the database
- Act as a key escalation contact for member support and ensuring an appropriate solution is provided in a timely manner
- Organizing and facilitating event and loyalty programs
- Continuously develop and suggest ways of improving the member experience and business processes and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required
- High Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and or other CRM databases
- Confident and professional phone etiquette
Experience :
- years experience in a client engagement / customer service role
- Business development / account management experience is preferred
- Bilingual (French) considered a huge asset
