Key Responsibilities :
- Account management
- Leading client onboarding, working from proposal and client brief
- Client relationship management - Anticipating needs and recommend solutions
- Leading account review meetings and reports that highlight performance, learnings and actionable next steps
- Upselling services throughout the duration of the account
- Ensuring project deliverables are meeting client objectives - and proactively recommending revisions in the strategy and projects as needed
- Maintain understanding of client business verticals, brands, and market segments to align marketing with data and industry trends
- Evaluating the performance of campaigns and recommending changes as needed
- Project management
- Ensure all project deliverables are fulfilled on schedule and to the highest standard, regularly reviewing campaign performance to identify areas for optimization
- Monitoring quote vs actual to ensure the client projects remain on / within budget
- Handling project review meetings and engaging with 15-20 clients on expectations, deliverables and approvals
- Collaborate on client audits and regular reporting
- Understanding client goals, values, needs, buyer personas, voice, style and leveraging industry data and research to help the team create and refine digital campaigns
- Troubleshooting digital campaigns and quickly finding optimal solutions
- Content creation for B2B & B2C marketing campaigns for
- Write engaging, informative, on-brand Google / LI / FB / Instagram ads and constantly test / improve them using new trends and strategies for PPC / SEM
- Work with our Google Partner / FB support to improve performance and try new tools
- Internal / Team communications
- Coordinate with other team members and ensure deliverables are met consistently on time, above expected quality, and on budget
- Identify project needs before potential issues become problems
- Lead weekly project review meetings and ensure collaboration in a problem-solving approach
- Champion client needs to ensure unrivalled work for our clients

Qualifications :
- 4+ years of digital marketing knowledge and experience : PPC, SEM, Marketing Tools & Analytics
- College / University Degree in business, sales, marketing, advertising, or communications
- Languages : Fluent in English
- Digital planning experience across Social, Search and Paid, client management experience, and overseeing digital marketing projects and integrated media campaigns
- Hands-on experience managing PPC / SEM campaigns
- Experience with A / B testing, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates and campaign performance
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and other web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in a high-volume / fast-paced industry is preferred.
- Understand User Experience
- Be familiar with standard agency tools (Asana / Slack / Hootsuite / etc)
- Be fluent in posting and boosting of content on social channels
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent communicator (both written and verbal), organized and efficient, able to juggle multiple priorities and work seamlessly across a client portfolio
