Late Stage Collections is looking for a experienced Team Lead, a self starter with strong coaching skills, who excels at motivating high performing teams.

Supports assigned senior manager in executing strategic priorities for the business / group.

  • Gathers and integrates information to promote the effective and profitable operation of the group.
  • Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
  • Identifies skill & knowledge gaps and performance improvement opportunities for associates and specialists on the team.
  • Provides senior level administrative and operational support within a large, diverse team including one or more senior managers.
  • Employs systems (e.g. customized exception reports, tracking reports etc.) to manage information.
  • Integrates information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes, enhanced analysis and / or streamlined reporting.
  • Resolves escalated issues.
  • Leads the execution of programs.
  • Provides input into the planning and implementation of programs.
  • Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues
  • Consults with the business to assess performance gaps and business knowledge requirements and proposes solutions that optimally fit and deliver business outcomes.
  • Builds effective relationships with internal / external stakeholders.
  • Provides subject matter expertise and advice related to assigned strategic initiatives and act as relationship management for assigned initiatives.
  • Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Supports development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifies internal and / or external emerging issues, trends and needs to inform business strategies and decisions
  • Provides input to the development of the program strategy and contributes to and continually improves principles, process and tools.
  • Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Knowledge of Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the established qualification standards.

  • Previous experience in late stage collections
  • Knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings.
