Randstad is looking for a Claims Handler, Tax & Utility to work for a well-known financial company in the Oakville area. This is an Amazing full time, permanent hybrid position, to find out more, read below!!!!

Location : Oakville

Annual salary $60,000 - 65,000

Hours of Operation : Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm

Hybrid : 3 days in office, 2 days at home

Responsibilities

• Process and review claims for coverage as per companies policies and coverage guidelines
• Provide superior customer service to clients via portal, email, and phone.
• Develop internal and external partnerships to enhance overall customer service experience.
• Provide information on denied claims
• Prepare detailed support documents.
• Engage with external stakeholders to confirm outstanding accounts, where required.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work with high volume claim files
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Real Estate and Legal Assistant experience can be an asset
• Ability to review documents and re-calculate adjustments made in a real estate transaction
• Prior Customer Service experience
• Detail oriented and proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Team player
