Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and proactive Contingent Labour Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our client'[s Contingent Labour program in Calgary, AB. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate creation, maintenance, and delivery of Contractor Service Orders while supporting internal teams, external suppliers, and key business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong administrative experience, data management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Support the daily operational activities of the Contingent Labour team.Assist in the creation and delivery of Contractor Service Orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.Proactively monitor upcoming contract expirations and raise awareness with stakeholders.Collect, analyze, and manage data on a continual and as-needed basis.Develop a strong understanding of relevant company technology systems and workflows, particularly how data flows through contingent worker processes.Consult with internal teams, external customers, and suppliers to gather information, provide guidance, and maintain or modify contract worker arrangements.Monitor issues impacting Service Orders, analyze trends, and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.Engage directly with suppliers to ensure a consistent, standardized service delivery model.Perform ongoing quality control checks on data, documents, and reports.Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in administration or client service, ideally within the energy industry.Above-average proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Undergraduate degree in a business-related field (Preferred).Experience with Workday (Nice to have).Experience with ServiceNow (Nice to have).Strong data analysis and document management capabilities.Excellent communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.Resourceful and able to gather information from various internal sources.Strong understanding of processes and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Team-oriented mindset with a positive, customer-focused approach.Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaAre you interested in this position?
