What You’ll Do :

As a Bilingual Client Solutions Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of onboarding, training, and providing technical support to our clients.

You’ll troubleshoot software and hardware issues, provide guidance on software features, and configure reports in Excel.

This role offers remote work options within Canada, with a preference for local candidates.

This Opportunity is for You If :

  • Language Skills : Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written), with the ability to train in both languages
  • Education & Experience : Post-secondary education or equivalent experience, with 1-3 years in Training, Technical Service, or Support
  • Technical Proficiency : Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, and experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Customer-Centric : Proven customer service expertise with strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
  • Flexible Scheduling : Available for rotational shifts between 8 am and 9 pm (Atlantic Time), Monday-Friday

Responsabilités :

En tant que spécialiste, vous offrirez une formation d’intégration et un soutien technique. Vous aiderez nos clients en dépannant les problèmes logiciels et matériels, en fournissant des instructions sur les fonctionnalités logicielles et en configurant des rapports Excel.

Cette opportunité est pour vous si :

  • Bilingue (français / anglais) requis
  • Expérience en formation, service technique ou soutien (1-3 ans)
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Excel
  • Expérience en service à la clientèle et CRM, idéalement Salesforce
  • Attention aux détails et compétences organisationnelles
  • Disponible pour divers quarts de travail de lundi à vendredi
