The Job :

The Maintenance Services Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance department by coordinating maintenance activities, scheduling repairs, and maintaining accurate records.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for a variety of equipment, including vehicles, machinery, and facilities.
  • Communicate effectively with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance history, including service dates, repairs performed, and parts used.
  • Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment parts and reorder as needed.
  • Assist in developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure maintenance supplies, parts, and equipment as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in maintenance management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a maintenance coordination or similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and maintenance management software.
  • Knowledge of maintenance best practices, equipment troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
