About This Opportunity

The Project Manager, Engineering manages projects from conception to completion, managing internal and external stakeholders, budget, and timeline to ensure successful delivery within scope and quality standards. Key duties include planning projects, coordinating with stakeholders like clients and engineers, managing resources and risks, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations. This opportunity is for our Calgary Manufacturing Plant.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-year projects (Machinery & Equipment, Building & Facility).
• Develop projects in collaboration with Plant and Engineering teams.
• Define and validate scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables during planning.
• Provide expertise in equipment, machinery operation, water treatment operations, syrup production, etc. for operating efficiencies.
• Create equipment specifications and communicate them to manufacturers.
• Manage suppliers, processes, and supervision.
• Participate in bid reviews and vendor selection.
• Develop multi-year capital plan for assigned manufacturing facility with engineering and plant teams.
