Contract : 6 months with the possibility toextend

WFM Consultant
Role Description : The WFM Implementation Consultant participates in all stages of theimplementation lifecycle (discovery configuration testingdeployment post golive support) under the direction of the ProjectManager and may lead one or more activities.
Projectresponsibilities include; gathering customer requirementsconfiguring the solution to meet documented customer requirementssetting and managing customer expectations providing guidance toAssociate Consultants identifying risks and communicating issues tothe Project Manager.
The Consultant may also deliver OrganizationalReadiness consulting in support of Organizational Readinesstoolkit. WFM or Payroll or Benefits Module proficiency is aMUST
Responsibilities : Document and validatecustomers business requirements and map to Applicationfunctionality Configure application to meet customers documentedbusiness requirements Conduct consulting sessions (on the phone andinperson) and document with meeting minutes Attend internal projectmeetings and provide status on progress of activities anddeliverables Provide customers with followup consulting and generalassistance in areas of expertise Work with customers to implementOrganizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rolloutof the Application solution Open to travel to Ottawa or NewBrunswick on a required basis
Qualifications : 5 years of experience in HCM / Workforce Management(WFM) application consulting 2 years of Ceridian Dayforceexperience is a MUST Experience in change management an asset Musthave minimum 5 years Canadian presence for securityclearance
Technical Skills Requirements : Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environmentincluding experience with HRIS Systems Basic understanding ofrelational databases and SQL an asset Experience with one or moreof the following applications : SAP Workday PeopleSoft JD EdwardsKronos Workbrain / Infor RedPrairie / JDA Ultimate Oracle HR / PayrollPeopleSoft Ceridian Ability to effectively implement an HRIS moduleor similar endtoend solution Understanding of common human capitalmanagement (HCM) business practices Understanding of differentindustries and how Industry implementation best practices apply tothe customers business practices
