Job Summary :
A senior (10+ years) Project Manager with excellent communication skills and experience managing large, Enterprise, complex Projects.
PMP certification. Experience with Capital Markets, Banking or any other financial experience is a HUGE plus but not required.
Experience with communication surveillance like Smarsh is a plus but not required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 10 years of project management experience with a strong focus on Capital Markets or Banking sectors.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects within a financial services environment, preferably in capital markets, investment banking, or trading.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and banking operations, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in project management.
- Familiarity with banking regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, MiFID, Dodd-Frank).
- Knowledge of financial products and trading platforms is an advantage.
