We are looking for a talented Loyalty and CRM Senior Strategy Consultant. You will work closely with Client CRM and Marketing area to understand the needs of assigned client(s), identify solutions, present recommendations and develop the Customer Engagement workplan.
Deliver on the Customer Engagement workplan for assigned client(s), developing and managing key stakeholder relationships.
Using data to identify opportunities, drive powerful customer experiences and develop impactful communication plans. Lead the personalisation strategy alongside client’s CRM area.
Support up-sell and on-sell for Customer Engagement work within assigned client(s).
What We Expect From You
- Experience in CRM planning and execution desired
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Support with putting strategy into action with clearly defined recommendations both internally and for the client
- Support the improvement of personalized offers and lifecycle campaigns
- Utilize customer analytical insights and dashboard to drive insightful recommendations to retailers around loyalty and personalization strategy
- Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements - both operational and strategic
- Experience in grocery or pharma retail desired
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject
- French advanced profiency strongly desired
