This is a proactive growth opportunity supported by strong internal referral demand, including from our two in‑house Pediatric Dentists. Opportunity Overview

• Position : Orthodontist
• Start Date : Week of February 1, 2026
• Schedule : 1 day per week (Friday preferred); 2–3 operatories provided
• Active Patients : 7,000 total; strong ongoing demand for specialty services
• Technology : Pan / Ceph, Digital X‑ray, iTero, Videa Health AI
• Practice Model : Multidisciplinary clinic with strong internal referrals
