SWIM Recruiting is seeking a Team IT, Senior SAP HCM Payroll Systems to join our public sector client. Your leadership will play a vital role supporting the delivery of civic services as well as building a strong IT team.

Our client is a Lower Mainland municipality with a growing team to support a growing population. Your role leading the SAP HCM Payroll Systems team is vital in this effort.

You :
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role :
- Senior-level, hands-on experience configuring SAP HCM Payroll and Time Entry
- Leadership experience, with a proven ability to mentor others
- Track record of working in large environments with complex policies and processes
- Strong communication skills working with both IT and non-IT stakeholders
- Nice-to-have’s : PMP, SuccessFactors LMS, public sector or unionized environment experience
