Credit and Collection Analyst

Under the supervision of the Credit and Collection Sector Manager, the Credit and Collection Analyst will collect overdue invoices, negotiate with customers to find arrangements and ensure that customers are creditworthy.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, day shift

Your responsibilities will be as follows :

• Collect and monitor customer accounts;
• Ensure regular follow-up with customers;
• Reconcile accounts;
• Negotiate payment agreements;
• Release orders;
• Assess financial risks related to accounts;
• Resolve problems and ensure interdepartmental communication;
• Perform all other related tasks.

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have :

• 2-3 years' experience in collections;
• Bilingualism required (written and spoken);
• Confidentiality;
• Team player;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly;
• Ability to influence and persuade;
• Ability to negotiate.
