JobOverview :

We are seeking anexperienced and skilled Scaffolder to join our team and support ourongoing projects across Africa. As a Scaffolder at IIQAF you willplay a crucial role in ensuring the safety and integrity of ourconstruction sites as well as the efficiency and effectiveness ofour operations.

You will be responsible for erecting anddismantling scaffolding structures as well as conducting regularinspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with safetyregulations and companystandards.

KeyResponsibilities :

Interpret andanalyze construction plans and blueprints to determine theappropriate scaffolding structures required for aproject.

Set up and dismantlescaffolding according to established safety standards andprocedures.

Conduct regularinspections of scaffolding structures to identify any safetyhazards and make necessary repairs oradjustments.

Secure and stabilizescaffolding structures to ensure their stability and preventincidents.

Adhere to all safetyregulations and protocols as well as company policies andprocedures.

Collaborate withconstruction and project management teams to ensure propercoordination and communication regarding scaffoldingneeds.

Maintain accurate records ofscaffolding materials and equipment used as well as daily progressreports.

Safely transport scaffoldingmaterials and equipment to and from constructionsites.

Requirements

3 years of experience as a Scaffolder in a construction orindustrialsetting.

Validscaffolding certification and / or training in scaffolding erectionand dismantling techniques.

Thoroughunderstanding of safety regulations and procedures related toscaffolding.

Ability to read andinterpret construction plans andblueprints.

Physically fit and ableto work at heights and in allweather.

Strong communication andteamwork skills.

Attention to detailand ability to work withprecision.
