We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our logistics operations, optimize delivery efficiency, and lead our team in achieving operational excellence.
This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience in logistics or supply chain management. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing warehouse processes, coordinating deliveries, optimizing pickup stations, and improving overall supply chain efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including package sorting, last-mile deliveries, and pickup station management.
- Optimize and expand our home-based pickup partner network, ensuring smooth parcel handovers and timely deliveries.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-border e-commerce platforms to streamline logistics processes.
- Lead and manage warehouse and delivery teams, ensuring smooth workflows and high efficiency.
- Implement technology and automation tools to enhance tracking, routing, and fulfillment processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).3-5 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or last-mile delivery operations.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.Ability to manage and optimize supply chain processes efficiently.Other Benefits
