Full Stack Developer Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join their Client Experience Team.
As a Technical Lead, you will be pivotal in driving technical efforts and delivering innovative solutions that enhance the client experience.
You'll lead the development of key features for digital products and services, collaborating with product managers, business analysts, designers, and engineers to craft industry-leading digital experiences.
What is in it for you :
- Hourly salary of $86 to $100, based on experience.
- 12-month contract.
- Full-time position : hours per week.
- Work schedule from 9 : 00 am. to 5 : 00 pm.
- Hybrid position : in the office 3 days a week, with flexibility in choosing which days.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of digital applications, working alongside both technical and business teams to ensure successful deployment.
- Collaborate with business divisions to gather and analyze client insights, enhancing decision-making processes.
- Conduct data modeling experiments, document findings, and assess outcomes through prototype analysis.
- Utilize Large Language Models to deliver business value and drive technological advancements.
- Partner with the data team to design and develop essential data products.
- Provide guidance on coding standards, review code, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
What you will need to succeed :
- 6+ years of experience in technical roles, with a focus on Python and SQL.
- Expertise in Python for data analysis, with proficiency in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Experience with web development frameworks like Streamlit or Flask.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes for orchestrating and managing containerized applications.
- Experience working within cloud environments, particularly AWS.
- Competence in managing various database systems, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
