Your contribution :

• To champion OpenRoad's Climate Goals.
• Processing daily sales information.
• Document filing.
• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable transactions.
• Ensuring all receivables from manufacturers and other organizations are tracked, and kept on record.
• Reconcile various account balances.
• Reconcile and post daily cash received from various stores.
• Preparation of daily deposit.
• Post warranty payments received from manufacturers.
• Assist Senior Accountants in various tasks.
• Able to cover Accounts Receivable function if required.
• Other office administration duties as assigned by management.
• Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager / Supervisor.
• This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to process mass volume of transactions efficiently.
• Highly self-motivated individual, ability to work effectively under stress and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Previous accounting and automotive experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of CDK or ADP preferred.
