What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production, while supporting continuous improvement and housekeeping initiatives
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting; identify and report mechanical or operational issues to maintenance and management
• Enforce safety, environmental, and quality procedures by conducting daily safety meetings, hazard assessments, and site inspections
• Provide hands-on supervision and support to crushing crew members, equipment operators, and labourers to maintain material flow, quality, and production targets
• Train, mentor, and support crew members to enhance skills, safety awareness, and overall productivity
