Job Title : Customer Success Project Manager

Location and Work Type : Las Vegas, NV - Remote / Hybrid

Salary : $75,000 - $105,000

About Our Client : Our client is a leading provider in the data center services industry, committed to delivering exceptional solutions to their customers through innovation and dedicated service.

Role Summary : The Customer Success Project Manager (CSPM) of Data Center Services is responsible for ensuring the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of all assigned projects.

This role involves coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources, and maintaining direct communication with clients and department heads.

The CSPM reports directly to the Director of Data Center Services and plays a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and project success.

Required Qualifications :

Demonstrates knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within project management.

Analyzes and resolves process problems and issues effectively.

Utilizes clear and positive communication skills; excellent written and oral communication and team skills.

Proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

Superior organizational and prioritization skills, with careful attention to detail.

Excellent calendar / schedule management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.

Self-motivated and determined to succeed.

Ability to travel as necessary.

Flexible schedule according to business needs / events, including nights and weekends as required.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

5+ years of experience in project management or a related area.

Data center or technology company experience required.

Advanced knowledge of management processes, means, and methods required.

Desired Qualifications :

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field highly desired.

A combination of education and work experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Manage several projects simultaneously.

Oversee critical workstreams of customer installations.

Drive cross-functional integration between key teams including Sales, Construction, and Operations.

Supervise all aspects of the process including reviewing service orders, change orders, purchase orders, submittals, and RFIs.

Onboard new customers by collecting key data and necessary documentation.

Prepare and lead internal and external project kick-off calls.

Create project plans with timelines and provide regular progress updates.

Identify risks in project deployment or milestones and communicate proactively with management.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal teams for all assigned projects.

Ensure all project stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and expectations.

Guarantee all aspects of customer delivery are met by expected dates.

Complete all required documentation, including checklists, processes, schedules, policies, and customer turnover documentation.

Analyze lessons learned post-project completion to identify areas for improvement.

Maintain project notes, next steps, and delivery dates in Salesforce.

Provide weekly project updates to management.

Attend weekly client meetings as needed.

Maintain continuous and transparent communication with the management team.

Develop and build strong relationships with Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.

Demonstrate complete understanding and awareness of sales contracts and the ability to estimate and recognize changes.
