Your new role
Thepany is looking to hire an experienced Project Administrator to work out of their North Vancouver office. The position will be office based and will involve working as part of a team to support the Project Managers with successful administration of their projects.
Duties will include tasks such as; taking meeting minutes, tracking shop drawings, invoicing, and processing of change orders .
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates should have relevant project administration experience. Ideally, this will include 2+ years spent with a General Contractor or Trade Contractor locally.
You must be well organized with strong skills using MS Office suite. A positive, friendly personality is very important as you will be working collaboratively as part of a small, close-knit team.
Candidates with less experience that have graduated with a relevant technical qualification (such as BCIT ABET) will also be highly regarded.
