Reporting to the Finishing Forman and various trades, some responsibilities include :

• Coordinating repairs of deficiency items including drywall patching, painting, finish carpentry work, caulking and other duties as required.
• Support any remedial preparation of to ensure compliance with service standards.
• Ensure complete cleanup of worksite, and finished material.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Finishing carpentry, drywall and caulking experience is essential.
• Experience in residential / commercial construction, renovations or repairs.
• Knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency in a variety of functions including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting.
• Knowledge of various tools and equipment required to perform the functions of this role.
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent customer service skills in dealing with homeowners.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a positive manner as well as having a flexible work style.
• Self-directed with ability to work independently, and with little supervision.
• Punctual, reliable, with an excellent work ethic is paramount
• Must have own tools.
