Equinox Engineering is seeking a hands-on AI Automation Developer to design and build practical, AI-driven internal tools that improve workflows across the organization. This role focuses on delivering production-ready solutions that integrate into real operational processes rather than exploratory or research-based development.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to translate operational challenges into working software. Adaptability and the ability to rapidly solve real-world problems are key expectations of this role. leveraging modern generative AI technologies alongside full-stack development practices. Comfort using and guiding AI agents as part of the development workflow is essential.
