As an Auto Mobile Associate , reporting to the Branch Manager, you will build, serve, and maintain relationships with clients and local dealerships throughout the community to provide diverse insurance coverage and products.

A day in the life

• Build relationships with clients, colleagues and dealership representatives to grow your professional network.
• Proactively and creatively offer solutions using a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products while achieving performance targets.
• Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments and more.
• Develop new business by cross selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.

What you bring

Salary Expectations

The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, base salary plus commission. The base salary is typically in the range of $42,000 to $47,000, plus commissions based on sales performance. Total compensation will vary depending on factors such as skills, experience, location, and business line. HUB International offers comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off benefits, and eligible bonuses for some positions.
