$20-21 per hour plus bonus

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
- Coding of invoices, expense claims, petty cash
- Preparing, administering and monitoring excel spreadsheets for utilities tracking
- Rent collection
- Data entry into company database of new leases and rental payments
- Handling all outgoing and incoming mail, courier packages and Registered Mail as required
- Excellent telephone manner, strong verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality
- Maintain a mature, professional image and demeanor with customers, employees and visitors at all times with a strong focus on customer service
- Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills are essential
- 2-3 years administrative experience, experience in Real Estate or Property Management industry preferred but not required
- Knowledge of the RTA (Residential Tenancies Act) is an asset
- Clean Criminal background
SKILLS & ABILITIES :
- Advanced skills utilizing the Microsoft suite of programs, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
- Advanced written communication skills a requirement
- Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude
- Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information; knowledge of applicable data privacy laws.
- Strong mathematical skills
- Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills
- Willing to travel between properties occasionally
