- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate experience (litigation & solicitor work)
- Possess a robust knowledge of commercial and corporate real estate law
- Exhibit excellence in drafting, negotiation, and communication, vital for effective representation.
- Thrive in both independent and collaborative settings, navigating the fast-paced landscape with finesse.
- Credentials : Hold an LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited law school, coupled with membership in good standing with the esteemed Law Society of Ontario.
