We are seeking a Boiler Service Technician who is not only knowledgeable about boilers but can also provide customer support and quality service.
Boiler Service Technician Responsibilities : Boiler Service Technician
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance tasks on various types of boilers.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve boiler malfunctions efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to prolong the lifespan of boilers and prevent breakdowns.
- Interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and hours worked.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service procedures and provide recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in boiler servicing.
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
- Available for on-call schedule and willingness to travel for service calls as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
Boiler Service Technician Requirements : Boiler Service Technician
- Familiar with fuel fired boilers and controls.
- 3+ years experience in similar role.
- Class A or B Ticketed.
- Boilermakers will be considered.
