ESA is seeking an experienced and effective leader for the role of Region Office Supervisor to support our Central Region Operations Team.
Job Summary
The Region Office Supervisor will manage all regional office functions, including direct and indirect reporting personnel supervision.
Key responsibilities include :
- Monitor and co-ordinate approval of payroll (i.e. sick leave, vacation entitlements etc.) and oversee preparation and submission of payroll documentation, including summary reports.
- Coordinate and schedule the delivery of training programs and meetings for all Regional functions, including health and safety and technical training.
- Approve Regional office invoices and expense reports as per current Organizational Authority Register (OAR).
- Collaborate with Management and department staff to interpret and apply procedures, guidelines, and business processes to ensure compliance.
- Prepare, monitor, forecast, maintain and identify budget variances
Who Are You?
You have at least 4 years of experience supervising staff in a unionized environment and providing administrative support with experience in various electrical inspection activities and procedures within the company to understand the implications of changes to managerial procedures.
You thoroughly understand strategic business plans and budgets, monitor costs and revenues, and set and achieve business goals and objectives.
You are an experienced professional with proficiency in MS Office, exceptional interpersonal skills, exercised discretion and utilized independent decision-making that will best represent ESA and aid our clients within a unionized environment.
You have experience with budget planning, preparation, submission, reporting and forecasting and have experience with project planning.
