A law firm is seeking an Intake Specialist to handle incoming client calls, evaluate potential cases, and ensure proper documentation. This part-time role offers flexibility for remote work during evenings and weekends. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of customer service experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a compassionate nature.
