Industrial Sewing Machine Operator

As an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator, you will assist in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service, and that our canvas loft is efficient, well-managed and always up to standards.
ResponsibilitiesIndustrial sewing on single needle, zig zag machines and industrial cutting tools including tasks such as : pattern drafting, cutting, prototyping and maintaining quality controlWork closely with Operations and Senior Management to drive improvements through weekly Production MeetingsEnsure all processes are adhered to, suggesting feedback improvements where possibleAccountable for the setup, maintenance and appearance of the workshop, raising any issues and keeping cleanliness and organization top classAccountable for enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment within the LoftPrepare and maintain accurate customer records such as project measurements, drawings, quotes, work orders and customer contact informationMonitor production output and adjust schedules as needed to meet timelinesQualifications1-3 years experience with Industrial sewing1-3 years of customer facing sales or customer service experience an assetExperience managing inventory control and logistics, including materials managementYou know how to work hard AND have funSkillsCustomer Service, Producing, SchedulesArrayAbout RevTalentWe match top-tier employees with critical revenue-focused roles.
