GrandBridge Energy -- Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy

GrandBridge Energy is a regulated electricity distribution company that delivers electricity to more than 111,000 customers located in the City of Brantford, the City of Cambridge, the Township of North Dumfries, and the County of Brant.

GrandBridge Energy is the eighth largest municipally owned electricity distributor in Ontario with almost 200 employees and a service territory spanning approximately 635 square kilometres.

GrandBridge Corporation, the parent company of GrandBridge Energy, also owns and operates a number of non-regulated affiliates, NetOptiks, Enersure, and GrandBridge Solutions and has a minority ownership stake in Grand River Energy Solutions Corp.

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the new Vice President will play a pivotal role in the growth of the organization as a key member of the executive leadership team.

This individual’s primary responsibility will be to lead the corporate development strategy, in addition to identifying and evaluating growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and investments within both regulated and non-regulated sectors.

Collaboration with the executive leadership team will be key to achieving GrandBridge Energy’s overarching vision and mission.

To be a well-qualified candidate for this role, you bring a proven track record in leading corporate development, M&A, or strategic planning in the energy or related sectors.

You possess a strong financial acumen, with in-depth regulatory, utility, strategic, and commercial expertise. You are a charismatic, passionate, and energetic leader who brings excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
