The role of Junior Sales Support consists of providing administrative and technical support to TorontoJobs.ca and Guhuza.
com - a new recruiting platform partnered withTorontoJobs.ca - to help drive sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
Job Requirements : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate the process with new employer registrations
- Provide after-sales customer service
- Demo the product, both live and recorded
- Report feedback from customers to team
- Provide technical support to customers
- Conduct training webinars for employers
- Liaison between development team and customers for product and technology feedback
- Cheerleader for the brand
- This position entails administrative duties, customer service, soft sales, idea generation, networking and more!
Job Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
