Account Manager Commercial Roofing, Service Division Flynn Group of Companies Kelowna, BC Full time w / Benefits We are searching for an ambitious individual to attend local networking events, charity events and dinners with our customers / future customers! This position will require someone to network with local business owners, building owners and property managers regarding the maintenance program(s) of their Building Roof systems.

What we Offer : - Competitive wages and benefits- Structured bonus plan- RRSP matching - Great environment where our motto is Flynn Family Winning Together !- On-going career development courses and programs through our in-house Flynn University Day in the Life : - Help grow and build our Roofing Service business- Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients- Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities- Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders- Attend association, industry, and networking events- Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client- Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels Technical Skills and Responsibilities : - Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner- Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner - Ability to conduct presentations virtually - Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives What we are Seeking : - Roofing knowledge is preferred - Strong communication, organizational skills and excellent time management- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships - Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business - Clear understanding of contract documents #LI-LC16-13-2024
