JOB DESCRIPTION :
Based in Regina, and as a key member of the Customer Support Team, the Product Support Specialist for Agricultural Equipment will support a network of branch locations across Canada.
A rigorous and comprehensive training program on products, terminology, and techniques is provided. Various shifts are available to support the 24 / 7 Customer Support Service Centre.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Place new customer Parts orders, following up on existing orders, confirming the availability of inventory and responding to pricing inquiries by phone, email and text.
- Initiate outbound sales calls to customers.
- Provide parts support and assistance for other field staff.
- Work with multiple vendors to provide various options to ensure parts requests are satisfied.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Demonstrated ability to deliver the high level of customer satisfaction.
- Detail oriented to ensure high level of accuracy to ensure parts requests are handled quickly and accurately the first time.
- Experience in using multiple web applications and programs and be able to quickly navigate through various systems while responding to incoming customer inquiries.
- Active listener able to understand customers through two-way engagement to respond to parts related requests and where needed provide recommendations and solutions.
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both French and English would be an asset.
- Previous experience in the agricultural industry would be an asset.
- Previous experience in outbound sales is an asset.
