- Act as product owner (Product Owner / PO according to the Scrum / Agile methodology) in complex projects transposing into functionalities
- Be responsible for initiative delivery and contribute to the achievement of the solutions development roadmap
- Cut and sequence a target vision in order to maximize value delivery taking into account constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors, which includes : Building and managing the product backlog which allows to achieve the business vision AND prioritize the MVP (minimum viable product) to the delivery team based on business value
- Accompany and support adaptation to changes, obtain support from others and manage resistance to change
- Continuously make improvements and fixes to the product in order to improve the experience to meet current and future needs.
Your team :
Within the Digital Customer Experience sector, you are part of a team made up of 13 colleagues whose profiles are divided between digital business analyst and digital product owner, working in startup mode in an agile delivery mode.
Prerequisites :
Experience in delivering solutions as a Product Owner (P.O.) of at least 5 years, ideally in a financial service (banking, fintech, insurance, etc.)
Ability to work in Agile mode : Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and to deliver without having all the specifications
Great ease in evolving in a complex technological universe in perpetual transformation
Ability to organize / lead workshops
Excellent knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and other roadmap visualization tools (ProductBoard, Productmap, etc.)
Mastery of Design Thinking methodologies and tools.
