Document Production Specialist

Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Document Production Specialist to join our growing team at Cleanlist. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent, self-motivated individual who’s passionate about process and organization to ensure our clients’ documents are meticulously produced and prepared on time for Canada Post delivery.

Responsibilities

• Producing daily batches of personalized and confidential client mailings, on time and without error.
• Operating automated mail assembly equipment, including laser printers, high-speed folding / inserting machines, and related systems.
• Scheduling and preparing shipments for courier pickup and daily delivery to Canada Post.
• Operating a forklift to safely move pallets of envelopes, paper, and completed jobs within the facility.
• Managing material inventory to avoid shortages while minimizing excess stock.
• Monitoring quality, identifying errors, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues to prevent delays.
• Maintaining an exceptionally clean and well‑organized production facility that is always “tour‑ready” for client and stakeholder visits.
• Using ERP, shipping software, and Cleanlist’s proprietary software for data entry, job tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

Experience Level

Candidates for this position require at least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in document production, mail assembly, or a related production / administrative environment. Direct experience operating automated mail assembly equipment and forklifts is essential.
