Perform routineaudits at each contract work place to ensure quality service andcustomer needs are being met andaddressed.
Assist withinitial and recurrenttraining.
Address jobperformance issues and Conduct coaching and counseling asneeded.
Assist at worksites as needed including but not limited to assisting with generalcleaning.
Oversight of allsafety relatedtopics.
Oversight andControl of all company owned equipment and products and ensureemployees have the correct tools and products to conduct their jobsin a thoroughmanner.
Address anyadhoc items that may arise on a daytoday basis to ensure customersatisfaction and to address any employee issues that mayarise.
Scheduling andmanpower to align with customerneeds.
Some liftingstanding bending and crouching will benecessary .
Requirements
Skilled inleading ateam.
Skilled inconducting routineaudits
Skilled indeveloping employee work schedules and moving manpower asneeded.
Detailoriented.
Ability tosolve practical problems and identify potential safety ormaintenanceissues.
Comply with allsafety policies.
Must be able topass a criminal backgroundcheck.
Must have avalid Nova Scotia drivers license with a clean abstract. Companycar and cell phoneprovided.
Ability tocommunicate effectively inEnglish .
