- Replenish condiments and other supplies attables and serving areas
- Sanitize and washdishes and other items by hand
- Stockrefrigerators and salad bars
- Use manual andelectrical appliances to clean peel slice and trimfoodstuffs
- Clean and sanitize kitchen includingwork surfaces cupboards storage areas appliances andequipment
- Handle and store cleaningproducts
- Remove kitchen garbage andtrash
- Sweep mop wash and polishfloors
- Wash peel and cut vegetables andfruit
