Our public sector client is seeking a Junior Application Support Analyst to maintain and support an Enterprise Asset Management (Hexagon) system
Calgary candidates preferred but open to % remote in Canada (working MST hours). 37.5 hour work week.
Must haves
- 1+ years of experience in application support or as a developer supporting custom / packaged software solutions (Hexagon)
- 1+ year of experience working with databases including Oracle and SQLServer, including experience with Java (TIBCO integrations)
- 1+ year of experience with web and mobile frameworks including AngularJS, JQuery , and languages including C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript
Nice to haves :
- Experience in UI / UX (User Interface / User Experience) design discipline
- Experience supporting an Enterprise Asset Management system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work with minimal direction.
Responsibilities :
- System enhancements and maintenance requests
- Analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
- Working with business experts, application users, and IT service providers to investigate and resolve application issues.
