Tax Consultant
Our client the BIG FOUR consulting firm is hiring for the TaxConsultant position in Toronto. This is a contract position.
Theyare looking to hire an independent contractor for their upcomingengagements. The hourly compensation rate is negotiable.
Theposition responsibilities :
- Experiencein global mobility tax matters including experience in reviewingCanadian personal tax returns and conducting interviews withassignees going on mobilityassignments
- Assistance with financial statementpreparation and other corporate clientmatter
- Analyzed tax law regulations to findpotential deductions and recognize anydeficiencies
- Reviewed the company tax returnson a regular basis and prepared them foraudits
- Knowledge of tax prep personalpreparation software or other taxsoftware
- Consulted clients on tax law andincome statement documentation
- A keen interestin technology driven solutions
- Interest inguiding and developing junior team members
- USpersonal tax experience is anasset
