Position Overview :

As a Senior UI FE Engineer you will play a key role in a newly formed group responsible for developing a central, business-critical product that directly drives a significant portion of the company’s revenue. You’ll be expected to lead projects end-to-end, design scalable systems, and help shape engineering best practices. Your work will directly affect the productivity, performance, and quality of our engineering at scale.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the design and development of new features end-to-end — from technical spec through production deployment
• Own complex architectural decisions and collaborate on high-level product design
• Define, spread, and enforce development standards across teams
• Partner with engineers and stakeholders across teams to ensure shared understanding, ownership, and alignment
• Drive the creation of reusable, generic components and services that serve multiple web apps
• Maintain a strong focus on performance, scalability, and code quality in a system that’s critical to the entire organization

The pay range for this position in British Columbia at the start of employment is expected to be between $96,400 and $142,660 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and / or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
