This role support, monitor and measure the deployment of HR processes and tools in administration and people development (performance, salary, ITS, people review processes).

He is responsible for monitoring and optimizing transactions and administrative tools MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Describe here main information such as accountabilities, authorities, performance measurements etc.

Responsibilities The recruitment specialist supports in personnel recruitment, using various supply channels : the company's owncandidate database, company careers, social networks (LinkedIN), Hiring Manager networks, external job boards,employee referral schemes.

Manage recruitment projects : Identify, evaluate and send qualified candidates to managers who need to recruitstaff, according to the job description provided within a technical recruitment environment, and following theprocedures and policies established in Alstom Manage the entire selection process from the definition of the profile, until the moment of the offer proposal forspecific selection processes (CV screening, telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, scheduling interviews,etc.

Acquire a complete technical understanding of the application / job description for the competencies, skills andknowledge required for the selected applicants Document research methods.

Develop an ongoing and diverse talent pool through research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospectiveapplicants.

Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a pool of highly qualified candidates ATS Maintenance (Candidate Tracking System) Enter and maintain candidate information in the candidate tracking system on a daily basis Update the candidate's tracking database Create, archive and maintain a filing system for resumes (candidate database) Resume conversion and maintenance of the application Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of the publication of external jobs, following the employer's brand strategy.

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCESMandatory : Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, public / business administration or closely related : Master in Work Psychology Certificate or diploma in business analysisExperienceMandatory : Solid experience in the selection and selection of all types of candidates, specifically for Engineering andTechnical profiles, as well as Big Data profiles (at least 3 years of experience in hiring these types of profiles) Experience of having led a virtual and geographically dispersed team, and one (1) year experience in human resource management Solid experience working with Social Media (LinkedIn : LinkedIn Recruiter, infojobs) and HRIS.

Solid knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook good command of English and French written and spoke preferred Desirable : Experience of working in matrix organization Multicultural work experience international and matrix organisations Experience in the use of spreadsheets, word processing, and PowerPoint presentations Experience in compensation and classification, recruitment, benefits administration, accounting, finance Competencies & Skills Describe the needed skills (technical & behavioral) Able to read, analyze and interpret general business information, such as job descriptions, trade articles, industry best practices, etc.

Excellent time management and organizational skills. Great ability to listen and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Ability to communicate with senior management in different regions. Ability to speak several languages Stress resistance and the ability to maintain composure and communicate effectively under stress Ability to work with minimal supervision and take the initiative in fulfilling departmental responsibilities.

Knowledge of research methods and policy formulation. Knowledge in administration of benefits, administration of public payments, classification of positions and raising of salaries.

Knowledge of personnel selection, validation, performance evaluation and affirmative action; Must have great skill in the use of Excel, Word and WordPerfect.

Must have a basic knowledge of PowerPoint Ability to plan and organize properly; manage and prioritize; monitor and evaluate the workflow of projects and activities.
