What we offer

As the Community Sales Admin you will provide administrative support to the community sales team and assists in the introduction of purchasers to the Mattamy Homes Buying process, while achieving Mattamy’s mission of providing The Best Homeowner Experience.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare Purchase and Sales Agreements.
  • Enter homeowner information for purchase and sales agreements into corporate database.
  • Prepare and maintain all purchase files.
  • Coordinate and prepare marketing collateral for presentation purposes.
  • Coordinate Welcome Package appointments.
  • Liaise with financial lenders and real estate agents.
  • Track customer interactions in corporate database.
  • Participate in the weekly sale team meetings.
  • Receive and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
  • On occasion, assist the Community Sales Manager with touring potential homeowners through the model homes.

What you bring

  • Prior customer service and sales knowledge is essential
  • Computer literacy with experience in MS Office applications
  • Experience in the industry an asset
  • Experience with JD Edwards an asset
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to greet and address individuals in a professional manner
  • Exhibit the highest degree of honestly and professionalism
  • Vehicle and valid drivers license with the ability to travel to different work locations
  • Must be available to work evenings & weekends

This position works out of the Mattamy Homes Sales Centre. Hours of operations are :

  • Monday to Thursday : 1 : 00pm 8 : 00pm
  • Saturday & Sunday : 11 : 00am 5 : 300pm
